West Virginia Wesleyan Monthly Payment Plan
Terms and Conditions

At West Virginia Wesleyan we understand that paying for a college education is a large investment for you and your family. However, by using our Monthly Payment Plan, an interest-free option, you can defer the cost of tuition and distribute your payments over a 5 or 10-month period.  The 10-month plan is used for the whole academic year, which is during the months August through May.  The 5-month plan can be used August through December or January through May.

Participation in this program requires a non-refundable fee. If choosing the 10-month plan, the enrollment fee is $100.  If choosing the 5-month plan, the enrollment fee is $50.

If you choose to enroll in a Monthly Payment Plan, you must submit the online enrollment form and make the first monthly payment including the enrollment fee by the payment due date.  In order to avoid a $100 late payment fee, payment due dates are August 1st for the fall semester and January 1st for the spring semester.  Please allow 7-10 business days for your payment to be processed if mailing a check.  Once we receive your first monthly payment with the enrollment fee, you will be officially enrolled in the WVWC Monthly Payment Plan.

If your account balance changes after your initial enrollment in the Monthly Payment Plan due to financial aid updates or extra charges, it is your responsibility to contact the Office of Student Accounts to adjust the monthly payment. 

If your first payment for the Monthly Payment Plan is returned by the bank for any reason, the payment plan will be cancelled and full payment for the semester will be due.  Also, if your payments are not received on a monthly basis, the monthly payment plan may be cancelled and will not be an option for the spring semester.
