The West Virginia Wesleyan Wellness Center offers a variety of group exercise classes each semester! All classes begin the second week of both the fall and spring semesters. Classes are free to Wellness Center members but classes do have a maximum number of participants allowed. Signup sheets for each days classes are posted a half an hour before the class begins and are located at the front desk with the staff.

20 Minute Abs: Strengthen and tone your core with this quick but tough class!
Insanity: From the makers of BeachBody, INSANITY is a total body workout that requires no equipment while using your own body weight for resistance. You will be working at a high-intensity, targeting the core, arms, legs, glutes, and back. Get ready for some serious calorie burning and muscle sculpting. Modifications will be offered.
Zumba: Zumba is a Latin inspired dance-fitness class that incorporates international and pop music for a total body workout, combining all elements of fitness, such as cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility. Be prepared to lose yourself in the music and find yourself in shape.
Total Body X: Get your heart and muscles pumping with this varied intensity circuit style class. Total Body X is designed to help you with calorie burning and muscle strengthening; all while keeping boredom at bay!
Yoga: Focus on health and well-being through breathing exercises, special poses and concentration. All levels welcome from beginners to advanced.
